Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders before the order is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the regular returns process will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We try as much as possible to pack your order nicely so you receive them in good condition but if there is any complain or questions please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
